The patented angled-torque (A/T) clamp applies triangulating force across the picatinny rail interface, and integral recoil lugs help mitigate recoil and counter-recoil forces to protect your zero. The steel alloy clamp and nut are Nitride-coated for hardness, and a serrated locking spring-washer keeps the shaft nut torque from backing off in field conditions.
