Each plate is precision machined on HAAS CNC equipment at C&H Precision's Coastal Georgia facility and passes multiple quality checks before shipping. Plates are made from durable 6061 aluminum with a black anodized finish, and all mounting hardware is stainless steel. Most plates use a patented stainless steel T-nut design that delivers six to seven threads of engagement, and since the hardware is replaceable, a damaged screw or T-nut never means replacing the whole plate.
