Savage Rascal 22 LR

The Savage Rascal is a youth-oriented bolt-action rimfire rifle designed for introducing new shooters to basic marksmanship and safe range practices. It is intended for use on the range and in field-training environments where a compact, easy-to-handle rimfire is appropriate. The Rascal emphasizes simple operation and features intended to help beginners build skills.

The rifle pairs a short carbon steel barrel with a satin-finish hardwood stock sized for younger shooters. Ergonomic elements include a shortened 11.25-inch length of pull and a bolt action that cocks by lifting the bolt, while the stock and receiver finish provide a traditional appearance and solid feel. Adjustable peep sights and Savage's user-adjustable AccuTrigger help deliver consistent, usable performance for training and recreation.
