Built as a two-piece steel base in the popular Weaver-style pattern, this Maxima base is CNC machined for tight tolerances and finished in matte black to match most factory actions. It installs with 8-40 screws using Torx-style T-15 socket cap screws, and Warne recommends torquing them to 25 in/lb for a secure, long-lasting mount.
